eFocus Marketing is an Iterable partner and CRM lifecycle strategy consultancy working with cross-channel marketing teams. We work inside the platform, not just around it: Workflow Studio journey strategy, data model audits and integration support for teams running email, SMS, push and in-app messaging through Iterable.

Where we help

Strategy and audits: Workflow Studio journey audits, data model reviews distinguishing event-driven from attribute-based data, list and catalog structure audits, deliverability reviews.

Automation and integration: cross-channel workflow builds across email, SMS, push and in-app, Snowflake and other data warehouse connections, Shopify and ecommerce data feeds, Salesforce integration via middleware.

Training and enablement: team masterclasses and hands-on workshops, from £500 to £3,000 depending on scope and duration.

How we work

We start with a data and workflow audit before building anything new: how your event and attribute data actually flows into Iterable, where your data model creates friction, and where existing workflows have grown inconsistent. When teams migrate to Iterable from another platform, we avoid a straight lift-and-shift of old logic and instead rebuild journeys around how Iterable’s data model actually works.

Where Iterable isn’t the right fit

Iterable sits between the ecommerce-native platforms and the mobile-first enterprise tools. If you need the deepest possible Shopify-native automation, a platform built specifically around commerce data will serve you better. If mobile app engagement is your primary channel, a more app-first platform may be the stronger fit.

Is Iterable worth it compared to Braze or Klaviyo?

It depends on your channel mix and industry. Iterable sits between the two: more flexible across channels than Klaviyo, and less mobile-app-focused than Braze, with strong cross-industry applicability. It’s a good fit for teams that need genuine cross-channel orchestration without being locked into one channel’s strengths.

How does Iterable pricing work?

Iterable prices primarily on monthly active users (MAU) or contacts, with the exact structure negotiated directly with Iterable rather than published as a self-serve rate card. Channel usage and data volume can also affect the final quote.

What can a consultant add that Iterable’s own support can’t?

Iterable’s support handles platform mechanics. A consultant designs the actual data model and workflow architecture for your business, which is where most underperforming implementations fall down. We also bring outside perspective on what’s working elsewhere in your sector.

Does Iterable integrate natively with Salesforce?

Not with a single native connector. Salesforce data typically reaches Iterable via middleware or a data warehouse such as Snowflake, so integration needs proper planning rather than a simple toggle. We scope and manage that integration path as part of our audit work.

What does an Iterable migration involve?

A proper migration starts with a data model review, not a copy-paste of your old journeys. We map your event and attribute data to Iterable’s model first, then rebuild workflows around how Iterable actually processes data, rather than forcing across logic built for a different platform.

Is it worth switching to Iterable from Braze or Klaviyo?

Usually yes if you need broader cross-channel flexibility than Klaviyo offers, or a lower engineering overhead than Braze typically requires. It’s less compelling if you’re deeply ecommerce-native or mobile-app-first, where the platform you’re already on may be the better specialist fit.
