A structured, evidence-led diagnostic that brings together Customer Drift™, your CRM capability and the Next Best Customer Decision Framework into one clear strategic direction. You leave knowing precisely where momentum is leaking, why, and which decisions will bring it back, rather than another list of things that look wrong.

You have the dashboards. You probably have a few theories: engagement is softening, segmentation is too broad, the automation platform is doing a fraction of what you pay for. What is usually missing is a single view that connects all of it to the actual state of your customer relationships, so the next investment goes where it matters rather than where the loudest opinion in the room points.
That is what the Review is for. It is a diagnosis, not a prescription, and it deliberately comes before any project.
Before Discover starts, we measure what your organisation is capable of. A Full CRM Maturity Assessment sets the capability context, so every recommendation that follows is one your team, data and processes can actually deliver.
Then we run the three Discover components in sequence. Customer Drift™ analysis finds where each customer segment is weakening, and in which of the four dimensions. The Customer Momentum™ Framework establishes which of the five drivers would strengthen those relationships. The Next Best Customer Decision Framework tests and ranks the resulting decisions against customer, commercial, strategic, evidence and delivery criteria, so you get a prioritised portfolio rather than a wish list.

We diagnose where customer relationships are weakening, what would strengthen them, and what to do first. Customer Drift™ finds the early warning signs. Customer Momentum™ identifies what would build them back. The Next Best Customer Decision Framework scores every option against customer impact, commercial value, strategic fit, evidence and deliverability, and ranks them into a Decision Portfolio.
We turn the Decision Portfolio into working CRM: a sequenced, resourced plan, then the segmentation, lifecycle journeys, automations and communications that deliver each decision as intended.
Not every good idea gets built. The prioritised ones do.
We measure what happened against the outcomes each decision promised, test with discipline and evaluate honestly.
What we learn feeds straight back into the next Discover, so every cycle starts stronger than the last.
The Blueprint is built to be implemented. Some clients take it and run it with their own team. Others ask us to deliver the priority decisions as a Strategic Consulting project (journey strategy, segmentation, deliverability, measurement, automation design) or to stay on in a Strategic Advisory role.
Either way, nothing in the Review is written to sell you the next thing. It is written to make the next decision obvious.
The Customer Relationship Maturity Model (CRMM) is an organisation-level check of your capability to build, manage and grow customer relationships. In the Review it runs at the Full Assessment tier. The free Quick Assessment takes fifteen minutes and tells you where you stand right now.
If you are the one signing this off rather than the one running it, the argument is short.
56% of marketing leaders have no clearly defined CRM strategy, and 71% judge CRM on revenue alone. That combination is why CRM budget gets questioned. Spend is visible, contribution is not, and nobody can say which part of the programme produced the result.
Acquisition keeps getting more expensive, which moves the growth burden onto retention and lifetime value. Those are exactly the numbers most CRM programmes cannot evidence, which makes them hard to defend and hard to fund.
The cost of waiting is measured in quarters, not campaigns. By the time drift reaches revenue, the other three dimensions have been moving for the better part of a year. Every one of them was visible in your own data. The expensive part is not the fix, it is the time you had to act and did not know you had.
What a Review returns is a prioritised, evidenced roadmap you can take to a board: what is losing you money, what to do about it, in what order, and what each decision is expected to be worth. Not a methodology anyone has to explain first.

How long does a Review take?
Typically four to six weeks from kick-off to the Blueprint, depending on how quickly we can get access to your data and diary time with the people who own it. It is deliberately not a six-month engagement, because a diagnosis that takes half a year is out of date by the time it lands.
What do we need to provide?
Access to your CRM and campaign data, a handful of stakeholder conversations, and whatever documentation already exists on your segments and journeys. If that documentation does not exist, that is a finding in itself and not a problem.
How much of my team’s time does it take?
Less than most audits. Expect a kick-off, two or three working sessions, and a findings presentation. We do the analysis; your team is involved at the points where their knowledge changes the answer.
Who needs to be in the room?
Whoever owns CRM day to day and whoever owns the budget. The Delivery Test is the one that stops recommendations you cannot resource, and it only works if the person who knows your team’s real capacity is present.
What if we do not agree with the findings?
Then we have found something more useful than agreement. Every recommendation is traced back to evidence in your own data, so a disagreement is usually about interpretation, and that conversation is where the best decisions come from.
What happens if we do nothing afterwards?
You still own the Blueprint and the Decision Portfolio, and both are written to be delivered by your own team. Plenty of clients run it themselves. There is no dependency built into the deliverable.
What does it cost?
It depends on the number of customer segments in scope and the state of your data. Book a strategy call and you will get an honest answer on the first conversation rather than after three.
Book a complimentary 30-minute strategy call to talk through your current programme and whether a Customer Momentum Review is the right next step.
